Matching set of bolsters: one under the knees for extra lumbar support, one at the bottom under the feet to lift them up ready to work on. The bolster cover is made of washable, polar fleece and slips on and off easily. The bolster inside is made of cotton with a polyester filling and is also washable. Everyone has their own way of working but I like to place the bottom bolster under the ankles/calves such that the heels dangle over the end slightly. This allows you to cup the heel without bumping into too much bolster and without the heel sinking down into it.
